Why I built Meridian

I'm Paul. For most of my life I looked for love the way everyone does. Some of it went well. I had good relationships, a couple I believed would last. I cared, I tried, and more than once I thought this was the one. None of them became a marriage.

After enough near misses, I stopped blaming bad timing and started paying attention to patterns. I build systems for a living, so I did what I know how to do. I wrote down what actually worked between two people and what quietly fell apart, and I went looking for the structure underneath it.

That turned into a question I could not put down. If I could describe a good match precisely, in real numbers, could I work backward and find where and when that person was most likely born? I spent years on it. Birth charts, the same planetary data astronomers use, a scoring model across six parts of a relationship. Piece by piece it became something I trusted more than my own guessing.

One evening it clicked. If getting specific helped me finally understand who I was really looking for, it could do the same for someone else. That is Meridian. It is the tool I wish someone had handed me twenty years ago.
